This includes placing, organizing, caring for, and merchandising a variety of live goods in the category of trees and shrubs. Merchandisers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling a large quantity of perishable products. While you will report to an Area Manager, being able to work with minimal supervision while still being efficient is key to succeeding in this role. Merchandisers will be hired as seasonal employees . Hours will fluctuate based on location, sales, weather, and seasonal needs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains merchandising standards through the execution of live goods programs. communicate regularly with lead and area manager. Qualifications:

Experience or desire to learn about plants and retail merchandising. Ability to carefully follow direction. Pays strong attention to detail. Ability to follow through and complete all tasks. Availability, including weekends and key holidays during peak season as needed. Fluency to read and understand the English language.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Able to work in all outdoor elements. Walk and stand, bend, and stoop for an entire shift. Pull/Push racks of product, bending, walking and lifting planters up to 50 lbs. Lift or carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Lift a minimum of 19 lbs. over your head perform buddy lifts up to 100lbs. •All offers of employment at ProGro Partners LLC are contingent upon successful completion and clearing of the Company's background check process.
