You would be joining early, with real room to shape what comes next. The Role We're looking for a Wholesale Field Rep to be the face of Amundsen in the Rocky Mountains. This is a role for someone who'd rather be on a shop floor than behind a desk: you'll spend 50-70% of your time on the road visiting our retail partners across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and New Mexico
- building relationships, training staff, and making sure Amundsen shows up right in every store that carries us. You'll work closely with, and report to, our Sr. Wholesale Manager in Boulder, and play a key part in strengthening our presence with premium outdoor and lifestyle retailers across the region. What You'll Do
- Visit retail partners regularly across the Rocky Mountains region
- on the floor, with the people who sell our product
- Deliver in-store presentations, product clinics, and staff trainings
- Take orders and handle re-supply to keep our partners well stocked
- Plan and support brand events, both in-store and in the field
- Act as the eyes and ears of the brand: bring back insights on sell-through, merchandising, and what's happening in the market
- Support the Sr. Wholesale Manager in growing and servicing the regional account base Who You Are
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- outdoor, ski, or premium apparel is preferable.
- A natural relationship-builder: an existing network among premium outdoor and lifestyle shops in the Rockies is a plus, and the skills to build one are just as valuable
- Social and outgoing
- comfortable walking into a shop, connecting with staff and owners, and representing the brand with authenticity
- An outdoorsy profile who genuinely lives the lifestyle the brand is built on
- skiing, hiking, hunting, or simply time in the mountains
- Flexible and energized by travel: this role is on the road a lot, and that should sound like a feature, not a drawback
- Organized and comfortable with systems
- you'll plan your own routes, enter orders in our B2B platform, and work confidently in Excel with order sheets, assortment plans, and sell-through reports Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000
- $75,000, depending on experience
- Performance bonus structure on top
- Company vehicle or mileage compensation for territory travel
