Job Description
SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing merchandising strategies in various retail locations nationwide. You will help ensure that products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. Responsibilities Travel to various retail locations as assigned to conduct merchandise resets and proper placement according to planograms. Report product replenishment needs and customer concerns in a timely manner. Install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials. Perform product demonstrations to educate customers and increase sales, when necessary. Collaborate with store managers and team members to optimize merchandise presentation and customer satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of field communication and coordination with the regional management. Adhere to compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a safe and professional work environment. Required Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible to frequent changes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using handheld technology and applications. Basic understanding of planogram and store layout design.
