Position Description:

Seeking motivated and reliable Sales Merchandisers for an immediate contract opportunity in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role involves servicing multiple retail accounts, supporting sales teams, and ensuring store shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. The position offers the chance to work on-site with a dynamic team, delivering excellent customer service and merchandise presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel within assigned territory to service 4-10 retail accounts daily.

Stock shelves, cold boxes, and back stock with merchandise, rotating products to ensure freshness and compliance with company standards.

Assist sales representatives with product handling and display setup.

Develop positive relationships with store personnel and team members.

Maintain organized back-stock areas for efficient operations.

Build in-store displays and ensure POS marketing materials are current.

Report accurately and adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and represent company core values at all times.

Required Skills, Education, Certifications:

Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Clean DMV record and ability to travel within territory.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

Physical stamina to walk, stand, climb ladders, and perform reaching, stooping, and crouching daily.

Must be 21+ years of age.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior experience in grocery, retail, or merchandising roles.

Basic knowledge of retail products and merchandising standards.

Independent worker capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
