Part-Time Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Store Merchandiser to help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store presentation each morning. This role is responsible for fronting, facing, and filling merchandise throughout the sales floor and cooler to ensure the store is customer-ready for the day. This position is ideal for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in organization, and can work independently. Daily Responsibilities Sales Floor Merchandising (30 Minutes) Front and face all merchandise throughout the store Straighten shelves and displays Pull products forward neatly and evenly Fill low or empty product sections when needed Ensure promotional areas look clean and organized Maintain overall store appearance and presentation standards Cooler Merchandising & Stocking (30 Minutes) Front and face all cooler products Fill empty spots with backstock product Organize cooler shelves neatly Rotate products when necessary Ensure cooler looks full, clean, and customer-ready Requirements Reliable and punctual Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to move quickly and stay organized Able to lift and stock product as needed Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a store looking clean, full, and organized. This role is important to maintaining a strong first impression for customers each morning.
