We will provide a company van to run your daily route. Duties Primary customers are Costco, Total Wine, Whole Foods Set up and maintain attractive product displays that adhere to merchandising standards and promote sales opportunities Conduct regular route driving to various retail locations, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise and stock replenishment Price products accurately according to company guidelines, adjusting signage as needed for promotions or updates Engage with customers professionally, providing product information and upselling additional items to maximize sales potential Perform heavy lifting of merchandise and supplies safely to restock shelves and organize displays efficiently Use organizational skills to manage inventory levels, complete route logs, and document merchandising activities Communicate effectively with store personnel and team members to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and enhance overall store presentation Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for accurate pricing, inventory counts, and sales calculations Knowledge of route driving and familiarity with local roads or logistics routes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during stocking activities Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and store staff Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; upselling techniques are a plus Organizational skills to manage multiple routes efficiently and maintain detailed records Prior military experience is advantageous for discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency Embark on a rewarding career where your drive makes a difference!
