Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our vibrant team! Duties Develop and execute engaging merchandising display arrangements that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies We provide you the store layouts and schematics to optimize product placement and customer flow Manage inventory control and ensure accurate pricing to maximize sales opportunities Coordinate with store teams to manage merchandising operations, including setup, maintenance, and updates of displays Create visually appealing layouts incorporating interior design principles, fashion retail trends, and branding standards Utilize visual design skills and presentation materials Conduct regular store visits to clean, refill displays, generate invoice and collect payment. Lead small teams in merchandising projects, fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of visual excellence Provide excellent customer service by assisting store managers with product placement insights and answering their inquiries about store layouts Qualifications Proven experience in retail store environments with a focus on visual merchandising or store layout management Computer skills in invoicing and account management is preferred Knowledge of branding principles, layout design, and visual merchandising techniques such as planograms and display design Experience in fashion retail or interior design is a plus; retail sales or store experience is highly valued Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management abilities Demonstrated understanding of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, cash handling, and retail procedures Passion for marketing trends, customer service excellence, and innovative visual presentation techniques Join us as a Retail Merchandiser where your creativity fuels our success!
