HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Join our dynamic Global team as an eCommerce Site Merchandiser in our Atlanta office! This role is a key player in supporting our digital growth initiatives across major mass accounts. Collaborating closely with internal and external partners, this individual will oversee all aspects of the online product and site experience. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing site content, site merchandising strategy and overall online experiences to maximize discoverability, conversion and brand presentation. This role typically reports to a Senior Manager and is based in our Atlanta office in an on-site work environment. Product Lifecyle Management 50% Ensure all new item launches are completed on time and optimized for online (including item set up forms and product attribution) Manage online product copy and photography workflows to ensure accurate and on time execution Maintain a deep understanding of account content scores and requirements, monitor in-season and future seasons to ensure target goals are met Monitor online performance (sales, traffic, conversion) through analytics and reporting, identifying sales, site merchandising and assortment opportunities Site Experience 50% Ensure discoverability of brand and products on site through execution of site merchandising and site placement strategies Create robust product pages through enhanced content and cross shopping opportunities that drive traffic and conversions Oversee user generated content and ratings and reviews execution. Includes backend setups, running sampling programs, monitoring and escalating customer reviews Provide support for all SEO initiatives and strategies: monitor search and browse performance and provide recommendations Perform regular site scrubs with a customer first mindset, including competitive analysis and recommendations Partner with Marketing team on picking out styles, assets and imagery needed for campaigns and onsite brand experiencesWE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF
Must have: 3+ years of experience in sales, merchandising or ecommerce Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills, proficient in vlookups, pivot tables, if statements, and more Demonstrated effective collaboration within a team and cross-functional environment, establishing rapport with internal and external partners. Understanding of ecommerce platforms, catalogs and site merchandising Preferred skills and experience: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Sales, Merchandising, Marketing or other related fields Retail or wholesale industry experience Apparel focused role or retail store experienceMAKE A CAREER AT CARTER'S
