Starting Pay:

The Opportunity HFA is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Retail Route Merchandiser to support grocery and retail accounts throughout East O'ahu. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the shift, and managing their own route across multiple store locations. You'll help ensure products are stocked, organized, and properly displayed while building positive relationships with store teams across your assigned territory.

East O'ahu Route Coverage:

Hawai'i Kai Kahala Kaimukī Honolulu Kalihi Store accounts may include: Costco Sam's Club Walmart Foodland Longs Don Quijote Target What You'll Do Stock and rotate food products from store backrooms to sales floors Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing shelves and displays Set up and maintain promotional materials and merchandising displays Build positive relationships with store associates and managers Track mileage, product counts, and timekeeping using mobile applications Work independently while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and team members Support multiple store locations throughout your assigned route What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance required Smartphone with internet access required for work applications Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays Strong time management and ability to work independently Positive attitude, reliability, and communication skills Must currently reside on O'ahu Preferred Qualifications Merchandising, stocking, retail, or grocery experience Customer service experience Why Join HFA?
