Duties Drive own vehicle along designated routes efficiently and safely. Set up and maintain attractive product displays that catch customers' eyes and promote sales. Price products accurately according to company guidelines, ensuring consistency across all locations. Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and answering questions about products. Upsell additional items by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Conduct heavy lifting of merchandise, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed. Organize stock in storage areas and on shelves to optimize space and product visibility. Experience Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service roles with a focus on retail environments Strong math skills for pricing, inventory counts, and sales calculations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during setup and restocking activities. Familiarity with route driving, route planning, and organizational skills for managing schedules.
