We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our growing team on Maui . This role is responsible for ensuring products are stocked, organized, properly displayed, and ready for customers at retail locations throughout Maui. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, managing a daily route, building relationships with store personnel, and taking pride in maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays.

Primary Service Area:

Maui — this position regularly travels to assigned retail locations throughout the island. What You'll Do Build, maintain, and refresh product displays at assigned retail locations Stock, rotate, and replenish products from back stock to sales floor Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Verify pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage for accuracy Remove damaged, expired, or unsaleable products Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate recommendations to management Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff Represent Koha Foods professionally at all customer locations What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency Reliable smartphone for business communication Ability and willingness to regularly travel to assigned retail locations throughout Maui Reliable vehicle with current insurance Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to lift and move products as needed throughout the workday Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous merchandising, retail, grocery, or customer service experience preferred Why Join Koha Foods?
