Job Description

Assists in the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining all retail, food, and services Displays signing and merchandise presentation programs at an Exchange installation. Creates a positive environment that drives sales growth and increases customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty. Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides solution resolution. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Provides superior skills to serve the customer, utilizes and adheres to merchandise presentation standards to enhance sales growth by ensuring merchandise is displayed on proper fixtures, develops, assembles, and installs displays using appropriate tools and equipment. Ensures standard signs for the Exchange is maintained and displayed. Maintains supply of retail, food, and services signs and replaces timely and accordingly. Assures compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.
