Independent Contractor Job Summary:

L & L Foods is seeking reliable, self-motivated Independent Contractors to represent our company within designated Woodman's location. Contractors will be responsible for maintaining inventory, merchandising products, introducing new items, and ensuring L & L Foods' presence is optimized in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent L & L Foods professionally and positively within assigned Woodman's Market locations. Maintain all L & L Foods items on shelves and in designated store areas, ensuring products are fully stocked, organized, and properly rotated. Place weekly product orders based on store needs and stock levels. Merchandise incoming deliveries by stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products as needed. Present and sell newly authorized products to appropriate department managers, ensuring awareness and potential placement of new items. Collaborate with store staff to promote specials and set up in-store displays that drive product visibility and sales. Write and submit credit memos for any returned or unsellable items, ensuring accurate records for L & L Foods.

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in retail or merchandising preferred Ability to work independently and proactively Access to email and ability to submit weekly orders and credits electronically

Additional Information:

This is an independent contractor position; you will not be classified as an employee of L & L Foods. Contractors must have reliable transportation and be available to visit assigned store(s) on a regular schedule. This position is paid a 9 % commission on all orders. (Example $5,000 order = $450.00 in commission).
