Join our merchandising support team serving Dillons store locations. We are seeking candidates to assist with retail merchandising operations. This position is a temp-to-hire role with an intent to transition into a permanent role.

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour ($13.00 daytime / $14.00 overnight)

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, Daytime Shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 3:00 pm) Night Shift (8:00 pm - 5:30 am / 6:00 am) What You'll Do As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Stocking, inventory, and merchandising support at assigned store locations. Assisting with store resets and product placement. Working closely with store supervisors and team leads to ensure consistent presentation. Maintaining operational standards across assigned shifts. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory-related roles. Specialized merchandising experience (prioritized for team lead roles). Successful clearance of a mandatory background check prior to start date confirmation.
