Job Description

Overview:
You will craft visual displays that captivate our customers and enhance their shopping experience. As a key player in our marketing and retail strategy, you will work closely with our store management and marketing team to ensure that our products are marketed effectively. You will analyze customer presences, market trends, and sale data to design innovative and engaging displays that drives sales and build brand loyalty. Your keen eye for aesthetics will be complemented by your understanding of consumer behavior, allowing you to create spaces that resonate with our audience. HourResponsibilities:
Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelinesCreating visually appealing displays that tell a story and enhance the overall guest experienceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to synchronize visual presentation with new product launches and seasonal eventsMonitoring inventory levels and coordinate merchandising initiative with relevant storesCollaborating with marketing teams to ensure visual merchandising is in line with promotional campaignsConducting regular audits of visual merchandising standards in the stores and ensure complianceTraining and guiding store employees on best practices for maintaining visual merchandising standardsEnsuring that all merchandise displays are consistently maintained, replenished, and organized for optimal presentationEnsuring signage and window displays are maintainedStaying updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in order to innovate and improve our visual merchandising effortsMaintaining a neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanorMaintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environmentOverseeing store setup; stocking bins, shelves, and displays with merchandisePerforming computerized inventory functions in APTOSCoaching and assisting team members in assigned area; documents all appropriate issuesEnforcing all Six Flags New England policiesPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in visual merchandising or related field, preferably in a retail environmentStrong understanding of color theory, design principles, and typographyExcellent visual design skills, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to interpret sales data and consumer behavior to inform display strategiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks18 years or olderWilling to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
