Job Description
Maine Distributors is currently hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to support retail accounts throughout the Bangor, Brewer, and Coastal Maine areas. Maine Distributors is a family-owned beverage wholesaler that has proudly serviced central, northern, and eastern Maine since 1964. We distribute many recognizable brands including Bud Light, Polar Seltzers, Snapple, Sunkist, and more. This fast-paced position includes stocking shelves with a variety of beverages, rotating product to ensure freshness, building and maintaining displays, and organizing back room inventory at retail accounts. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Position Details Part-time position 15-20 hours per week to start Schedule is Friday through Monday, with midweek days off Weekend availability is required Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs. Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license in good standing Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Mileage reimbursement at $0.45/mile where applicable Opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned Maine company
