Job Description
Merchandise Replenishment Associate Salary:
$20.00 hourly; $100 weekly car allowance; $3.46 cell reimbursement 5-day work weeks, 2 consecutive days off, weekends required, 7AM start time Benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Corporate discount tickets to local attractions Supportive and team-oriented work environment Position Summary Responsible for merchandising products in stores within assigned territory.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Restock merchandise efficiently to ensure shelves remain full and visually appealing Track inventory levels and identify low-stock items for reorder or replenishment Organize stockrooms and maintain accurate inventory records Set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise presentations Rotate merchandise and remove damaged or expired products when necessary Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy Work closely with sales and operations teams to support daily store needs Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping environment Weekends required Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Must use personal vehicle and possess ability to drive up to 50% of the time, valid driver's license, and auto insurance, and driving record compliant with company standards. Prior merchandising experience preferred Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills: articulate, respectful, and friendly. Effective time management and organizational skills.
