Job Description:
Position Overview Are you passionate about golf and developing innovative, high-quality apparel and accessories? Waggle Golf is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to drive the product development lifecycle from concept through production. This role will report to the Associate Product Development Manager and be an integral part of the merchandising team. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong organizational skills and an understanding of apparel and accessory manufacturing and graphic design. This role will focus on sample coordination, vendor communication, day-to-day merchandising operations and may also support sourcing initiatives in collaboration with the broader merchandising team . Key Responsibilities Merchandising and Product Data Management Enter and maintain accurate product information, SKU data, pricing, and product attributes across internal systems Update assortment trackers, line sheets, inventory spreadsheets, and merchandising calendars Assist with product setup and data organization for seasonal launches Maintain accuracy of product information across ecommerce, sales, and merchandising platforms Support product lifecycle tracking from development through production and launch Perform other duties as assigned Administrative and Operational Support Organize and manage samples, product records, and merchandising files Coordinate cross-functional communication between merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, sales, and design teams Assist with product updates, and internal reporting Support seasonal timelines and key deadlines through accurate tracking, coordination and follow-up Graphic Design and Presentation Support Organize design details within our PLM system Support visual product presentations and simple product mockups using Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Ensure branding consistency across merchandising documents and presentations Reporting & Analysis Assist with data cleanup, spreadsheet management, and assortment reporting Track order status, product availability, and seasonal launch progress Innovation & Market Awareness Stay informed on new technologies, materials, sustainability initiatives and manufacturing innovations relevant to apparel and accessories Contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency or performance in product development and production Conduct quarterly and seasonal trend forecasting through competitive shopping, webinars and market research Required Qualifications Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing or related field is preferred. Graphic Design is strongly preferred. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, graphic design, product development, buying or apparel operations Familiarity with performance and lifestyle apparel requirements Experience in PLM systems,Excel and Adobe Illustrator Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Passion for apparel, fashion and consumer insights Preferred Qualifications Passion for golf, performance apparel or lifestyle accessories Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Understanding of apparel production timelines and retail merchandising processes A sense of humor, collaborative spirit and passionfor building great products Benefits Hybrid (3 days in-office required) Simple IRA and/or Roth with company match Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA) Employer-Sponsored Life/AD&D Insurance Paid Time Off Apparel & Gifting Allowance
