Hours:

Position Overview Samplers is recruiting dependable individuals for a hands-on Merchandising & Installation Associate role supporting electronics installation, fixture assembly, product setup, and merchandising in retail stores. The role involves active, independent work with occasional team projects. Related experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Selected candidates are hired and managed directly by the hiring company. What You'll Do Travel to assigned stores; install, maintain, audit, and merchandise electronics, fixtures, and displays. Set up TVs, soundbars, speakers, and other electronics, complete cable management, signage, resets, and planograms. Follow instructions, use basic tools, take project photos, and complete electronic reports. Communicate with supervisors and store personnel, maintain a safe work area, and complete assignments on time. Receive or pick up materials and transport them as requested. What You'll Bring Experience & Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred. Related merchandising, retail, customer service, installation, assembly, construction, electronics, or field service experience preferred. Comfortable with consumer electronics and basic tools; able to follow instructions, work independently, and follow supervisor direction. Strong attendance, communication, and professional customer/store interaction. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to meet onboarding requirements. Tools & Technology Must have access to a basic merchandising/installation toolkit (screwdriver, Torx bits, adjustable wrench, pliers, cutters, box cutter, cleaning cloth, and similar small tools) and a GPS-enabled smartphone/tablet (iOS preferred) for instructions, photos, reporting, timekeeping, and project documents. Transportation & Travel Reliable transportation required, with willingness to travel up to 60 miles between assigned locations . Valid driver's license and required vehicle insurance. Mileage between assigned stores is reimbursed by the hiring company. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, use ladders/step stools, and work in retail/stockroom environments. May lift, carry, move, and position items weighing approximately 20-40 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks. Reasonable accommodation will be considered as required by law.
