Responsibilities:
Maintain body forms throughout the store by lifting and moving them and changing their clothing Researching lifestyle and design trends and making sure designs will appeal to the target audience Recognize needed changes in product placement and/or displays on the sales floor and take action to improve them while communicating with the shop managers Install or dismantle displays throughout the store Assist in setting up displays in various areas of the store Set large displays as directed by the corporate display team Install graphics of different materials throughout the store Straightening, folding, and hanging clothing Use of ladders, driving, and operating the scissor lift to access high points off the ground Dust / clean tables, bases, and risers Take photos of designated displays and submit them to the corporate display team Teach Scheels' display standards to designated associates Ability to work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays Other duties assigned by
Lead or Supervisor Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
