This role ensures accurate data entry and documentation across systems, manages fabric ordering and follow-up, and maintains clear communication with internal teams and external vendors. Additionally, the Merchandising Coordinator supports market showroom logistics, testing and sales aids, and other operational needs to ensure timely execution of customer and market priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, fabric orders, and product records simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, spreadsheets, and system data entry. Ability to problem-solve and follow up proactively to resolve ordering, tracking, or delivery issues. Familiarity with product data systems and spreadsheet-based tracking tools (e.g., Nexus and related production files preferred). Ability to meet deadlines and support fast-paced market and customer deliverables.
