Harrington Bottling Company is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Store Merchandiser in Dillon, Montana. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and building positive relationships with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a merchandiser, you'll help keep Pepsi products stocked, organized, and looking great in retail stores throughout your assigned route. What You'll Do Merchandise beverage products to shelves, coolers, racks, and displays Organize and maintain back stock areas Build displays and place promotional signage Rotate product to ensure freshness and proper presentation Provide excellent customer service to store accounts Communicate sales opportunities to Sales Representatives Work independently or alongside team members Travel local and occasional out-of-town routes depending on customer needs Schedule All weekends required Additional weekday hours as needed May include holidays and early evenings Qualifications Required Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and functional abilities test Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Retail merchandising experience, especially in the beverage industry Strong customer service and communication skills Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires frequent: Lifting, carrying, pulling, and moving products Use of hand trucks, carts, and pallets Bending, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and climbing stairs Working in confined stockroom and cooler areas Work Environment This role involves working in retail store environments and stockrooms.
