Assist in all aspects of operations, from photographing coins & currency to friendly customer communication and packaging/shipping orders.

As a key member of our team, you'll use friendly and professional written communication to maintain a positive company image through our online marketplaces. As you assist in all aspects of operations, your focus will be on customer service, photography and shipping orders from Amazon, eBay and our website.
Primary responsibilities include:
Taking and editing quality photos of coins and currency Developing knowledge of our product line Accurately describing products for our online catalog Answering incoming customer phone calls, emails and marketplace messages Picking, packing and shipping all orders daily Qualified applicant will have: Extensive knowledge of the coin market (will train) Above average written & verbal communication skills Professional, courteous voice with excellent diction and grammar skills Ability to tolerate some ambiguity & interruptions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal skills Motivated self-starter with organizational & time management abilities 20/20 corrected vision with intact color discrimination Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
