Job Summary The Corporate Merchandise Allocator is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels by store. In this position you will work closely with the planning and buying team, analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is strategic, motivated and eager to learn. Responsibilities Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on sales trend, forecast and store size. Provide weekly reporting to the Buying and Planning teams. Analyze weekly and seasonal selling trends to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Develop knowledge of stores through data analysis and communication with the field. Review key item performance and work with buyers to insure in stock by store. Review weekly flow and assortment strategies with buyers to ensure store needs are being met.
