Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
• Create and maintain product development timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely production and costing
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
• Merchandising of showroom and planogram creatin with products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or fashion merchandising
• Proven experience in product development or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
