- ASSISTANT Certain Responsibilities / Not Limited / To Be Defined as per Job Title Assist in organizing and maintaining visual displays to highlight current trends and seasonal collections Support inventory management by updating stock levels and conducting regular stock counts using data entry skills Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments and ensure timely delivery of merchandise Customer Service•manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and directing customer inquiries with professionalism Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and office management purposes Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing confidential information with discretion Support customer service efforts by providing friendly support and addressing client needs efficiently Requirements #1 Attitude, willingness to learn, team player!
