Part Time , 5 days/week, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday 6AM - 12

PM Merchandising & Product Care:

Maintain attractive, well-stocked produce displays by rotating product, removing unsellable items, and ensuring freshness and quality standards are met.

Retail Strategy Execution:

Implement retail sales and merchandising strategies to support product movement and promotional programs.

Sales Analysis:

Research and analyze store demographics, competition, and sales trends, within the produce department.

Category Management:

Evaluate product mix, promotional effectiveness, and merchandising programs to maximize sales volume.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Partner with Buying and Sales teams to develop and execute weekly promotions.

Store Support & Organization:

Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Administrative & Team Participation:

Attend meetings, follow company policies and procedures, provide updates to supervisors, and perform other duties as assigned. Retail Merchandiser Qualifications Age (Required) : Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience (Preferred) : At least 1 year of experience in retail or produce merchandising, or sales experience within the retail or grocery industry.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and leadership.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications and ability to learn company systems.

Customer Service:

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with retail partners.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, understand sales trends, and make informed merchandising decisions.

Time Management & Organization:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
