Immediate Opening! Love Nug Cannabis Dispensary is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory & Merchandising Assistant to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and helping create an exceptional shopping experience. You'll work closely with our Inventory Manager to keep our sales floor fully stocked, our inventory accurate, and our store operating efficiently. This role is primarily evenings and weekends , making it a great fit for college students, someone looking for a second job, or anyone seeking flexible part-time hours. Pay $17.00

• 20.00 per hour , depending on experience. Schedule 15-25 hours per week Applicants should be available to work a combination of the following shifts: Weekdays 1:00 PM
• 9:30 PM Saturdays 8:30 AM
• 1:30 PM 1:30 PM
• 9:30 PM Sundays 10:30 AM
• 4:00 PM 3:30 PM
• 9:30 PM Additional hours may be available during inventory counts, holidays, vendor events, and special promotions.

Responsibilities Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory Stock and replenish the sales floor throughout each shift Assist with daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits Verify product accuracy and help investigate inventory discrepancies Organize and maintain the inventory vault and back-stock areas Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices Monitor product expiration dates Label, organize, and prepare products for the sales floor Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory transfers Enter and maintain inventory records in Dutchie POS and METRC (training provided) Prepare products and displays for promotions, events, and vendor pop-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant inventory workspace Communicate low inventory, damaged products, and inventory concerns to management Assist with special inventory projects as assigned Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently Comfortable using computers and learning inventory software Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an entire shift Inventory, warehouse, retail, merchandising, or cannabis experience is preferred but not required Must be at least 21 years of age Must be familiar with Canva Must be able to work evenings and weekends consistently Benefits Employee discount Paid training Paid vendor education Employee appreciation events Team outings Performance bonus opportunities Holiday pay Uniform shirts provided Free parking Why Love Nug?
