The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Merchandising Coordinator to support key account initiatives and drive product visibility across partner platforms. This role serves as a critical liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, catalog participation, and merchandising enhancements. This is an exciting role—ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the home furnishings industry while supporting core sales operations that directly impact our business. What You'll Be Doing Core responsibilities: Coordinate product development initiatives between clients and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Manage catalog participation, new item setup, and store inclusion across partner platforms Collaborate closely with account leads and team members to effectively address client needs, requests, and ongoing priorities Maintain and update product information within partner portals to support accurate catalog management Assist in executing merchandising improvement initiatives to enhance product visibility, placement, and overall performance Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Who You Are Bachelor's degree No experience necessary Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data and catalog management Comfortable working within partner portals and learning new systems quickly Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools Why Join Us?
