Job Description

Merchandiser Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm Full-Time position
Job Description:
This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and inventory counts. On occasion assists with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Job Duties :
Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager Ensure POS is visible Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must Valid Texas driver license and have an acceptable MVR Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background investigation
