Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections to ensure a positive shopping experience. Implement visual merchandising strategies to create attractive displays that highlight key products. Manage inventory levels through stocking, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure product availability and accurate record-keeping. Support store management with daily operations including pricing, cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas to uphold high standards of store presentation. Requirements Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or store management with supervisory responsibilities preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Knowledge of POS technology. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in training & development of staff, leadership roles, or administrative functions is highly desirable.
