If so, we want you to join our team at St Lukes as a Visual Merchandiser! In this role, you'll collaborate with our store team to create an engaging and inspiring customer experience. By aligning with our brand values and aesthetic, you'll help drive sales through the implementation of visually compelling displays. Each day offers something new in this exciting, multi-faceted department store environment, so we're looking for someone who can think on their feet, follow clear guidelines, and bring fresh ideas to life. A keen understanding of customer demographics and merchandising standards is essential, as well as strong communication, planning, and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and execute visual merchandising for Fashion, Beauty, and Home product ranges. Dress mannequins and design room-sets, depending on your area of responsibility. Adapt merchandising standards to suit different product ranges or customer needs. Communicate effectively with the team and maintain a collaborative spirit. Perform tasks like ladder climbing (working at height) and occasional heavy lifting. Follow and interpret store layout directions to create impactful visual displays. Develop inspiring visual solutions that enhance the customer journey. Stay current on retail trends and best practices to ensure the store maintains a fresh and appealing look. Some weekend work is required.
