Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned merchandising professional to support a high-impact apparel category during a maternity leave coverage assignment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive mindset to help guide cross-functional collaboration and keep priorities moving forward.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate merchandising activities with a small team while serving as a subject matter expert. Partner closely with Product, Planning, and Marketplace teams to align category direction and execution. Support apparel merchandising work with a strong focus on kids apparel and the North America marketplace. Present ideas and updates clearly using strong communication, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel skills.
Required:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 8 years of experience required. Leadership and people management experience is required. Merchandising experience is required; apparel experience is most desired, and kids apparel experience is highly beneficial. Understanding of the North America marketplace is required. Strong presentation, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote skills are required. Previous industry experience is very desirable.
