In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that store shelves are fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently by receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise according to planograms and visual merchandising standards Implement planograms accurately to ensure consistent product placement and presentation across the store Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, managing stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing routine cleaning duties and ensuring aisles are free of hazards Operate material handling equipment such as ladders and manual handling tools safely for heavy lifting and stock movement Support store management with merchandising projects, remodeling efforts, or interior design updates to enhance visual appeal Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering friendly support Skills Proven experience in retail store operations or merchandising roles with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays or promotional materials Familiarity with schematics, planogram implementation, and visual design principles to optimize product placement Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse communities Experience in store management, training & development, or leadership roles that demonstrate organizational skills and team supervision Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales tracking, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) systems Ability to operate material handling equipment safely; comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and visual merchandising projects Familiarity with interior design concepts or remodeling processes is advantageous for supporting store updates Join us as a Shelf Stocker if you're passionate about creating an engaging shopping environment while developing your retail expertise!
