Job Description
The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Global Merchandise assortments by managing product setup, reporting, and operational processes that enable accurate, timely, and efficient merchandising across multiple channels. This role partners closely with Merchants and cross-functional teams to support assortment execution, lifecycle management, product accuracy, and key deliverables that ensure smooth implementation of
Responsibilities:
Assisting in executing merchandising functions, such as product line sheets, assortment, pricing, lifecycle management. Reviewing sales and market trends, providing support to the merchandising team through reporting and product lifecycle analytics. Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and follow-through in all tasks. Creating photography shoot lists for signature looks within the product assortment. Managing reporting for quarterly Product Downloads with internal partners. Being responsible for tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Coordinating milestone meeting set-ups and running presentations, capturing key decisions and action items through detailed meeting notes. Managing merchandise sample requests and tracking to support milestone reviews, photography needs, product downloads, and overall sample readiness. Proficiently gathering information, methodically analyzing situations from start to finish, and efficiently communicating with partners. Taking ownership of additional tasks and special projects as assigned. Lead planning meetings with key business partners and manage execution timelines and critical path activities to ensure all milestones are met.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree A minimum of 1 year of previous merchandising related experience required. Skilled in Excel Skilled in Microsoft 365 Fundamental knowledge ofPLM Systems Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of previous buying/merchandising and/or related merchandising experience Skilled in PLM systems Behavioral Traits forSuccess:
