POSITION OVERVIEW
Ralph's Coffee at Ralph Lauren is looking for a full-time merchandise ambassador to engage with guests and sell Ralph's Coffee Merchandise. This person will provide hospitality and sales assistance to all guests who walk into Ralph's Coffee. All team members are expected to model and act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and actively engage guests to purchase Ralph's Coffee Merchandise Process credit card transactions on POS system Assist customers looking to buy Ralph's merchandise, this entails knowledge of our current stock and prices, as well as timelines for restock Restock merchandise and ensure that all merchandise displays are organized and presentable for service. Track inventory daily and inform management when stock is low Create par levels for merchandise and place orders for restocks Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. Adhere to the Ralph Coffee and Ralph Lauren uniform and brand image Ability to work as part of the team in a fast-paced work environment Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Must have 1+years Previous experience in a related position. Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Available to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays. Basic Math skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs. A passion for hospitality and guest service An outgoing and energetic disposition A polished and stylish presence Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with various POS's is Preferred Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
