Schedule and Key Responsibilities:

20-24 hours per week ; Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remotely as Support Representative. Field Merchandising (Approx. 60-70%) Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products. Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates Build relationships with retail teams Complete reporting and photo submissions L2 Support & Quality Control (Approx. 30-40%) Provide remote troubleshooting support Respond to inquiries via phone and email Own issue resolution and documentation Perform quality control audits Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning Monitor parts and communicate trends What's in it for you Merchandising projects start at $18.00 per hour Receive a special incentive after 45 days for working hard and being an awesome Meta Merchandising and Support Rep!
