Full Job Description About Vessel:

We're a tight, fast-moving team — and we're looking for someone equally detail-obsessed to help keep our product engine running.

The Role:

We're hiring a Product Coordinator to support our Product Development team. You'll be the backbone of our sample and product-data operation — tracking samples, logging QC, and keeping our product specs accurate from development through launch. If you love organization, color-coded trackers, and being the person who catches the error before anyone else does, this is your role.

What You'll Do:

Track incoming product samples by colorway and keep status current from request through approval Log QC measurements (weights, specs) and flag anything that deviates from spec Maintain the physical sample library — receive, label, organize, and archive Coordinate sample shipments and follow-ups with factories and vendors Build and maintain product spec sheets and comparison charts Run catalog QA to catch errors before products go live Cross-check product pages against approved samples ahead of launch Partner with development, go-to-market, and eCommerce to keep product info accurate everywhere

What We're Looking For:

0-2 years in product development, merchandising, supply chain, or operations coordination (apparel, accessories, or consumer goods a plus) Highly organized and detail-obsessed — you own your trackers Comfortable in spreadsheets; experience with Monday.com or a similar tool is a plus Strong written communication and reliable follow-through A genuine interest in product and craft (golf knowledge welcome, not required)

Compensation & Schedule:

$23.00-$26.00/hour, depending on experience Full-time, 40 hours/week Onsite in Carlsbad, CA, at least 4x per week How to
