Retail Apparel Merchandise r (Brand Field Representative), you'll own in-store execution and retail performance across your territory, working closely with retail teams and customers to build brand awareness and drive sell-through. You'll ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across retail partners while gathering insights that inform wholesale strategy and brand growth. Interest in the skilled trades and a passion for performance workwear are key to success in this role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, loves travel, and enjoys building relationships that drive brand loyalty and customer engagement. This is a field-based role requiring up to 75% travel across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan , with periodic travel to TRUEWERK's Denver headquarters for seasonal launches.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Execution & Retail Performance Own in-store execution across assigned territory, including store visits, merchandising, and new store launches while maintainingTRUEWERK
brand standards Monitor inventory, sell-through, and in-store conditions to identify gaps and drive actions that improve retail performance Gather and share field insights, including customer feedback, product performance, and competitive landscape Retail Partnerships & Account Health Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and associates to support sell-through and optimize assortment, placement, and overall account performance Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to communicate store needs, risks, and opportunities Brand Representation, Training & Advocacy Serve as the in-store brand ambassador, engaging customers and associates to drive awareness and product understanding Conduct Tech Talks to educate store associates on product features, benefits, use cases, and brand story Develop and grow a network of in-store advocates ( Werk Crew Community ) to extend brand presence and drive consistent execution Must Have Authentic enthusiasm for theTRUEWERK
brand and performance workwear, with the ability to learn and clearly communicate product features and benefits 3+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar retail management or brand representative roles Working knowledge of retail store operations, including merchandising to planograms and building and installing retail displays Experience engaging retail shoppers and presenting to small groups in training or business settings Preferred Familiarity with, a passion for, or personal experience with skilled trades Experience representing products in apparel, workwear, outdoor, or tool industries, with a focus on product features and use cases Comfortable with MacOS (Apple Macbook), Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and CRM/POS systems Physical & Travel Requirements Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally Must be based near Madison or Milwaukee and able to travel up to 75% regionallyABOUT TRUEWERK
