  • 3:00 PM Job Summary The Merchandiser is responsible for servicing retail customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner by ensuring appropriate stock levels, product rotation, and proper merchandising standards are consistently maintained in off-premise retail locations.
This role focuses on maintaining product availability, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective in-store execution and occasional upselling opportunities. The position requires reliable transportation and adherence to scheduled routes and early morning shifts. Job Responsibilities Ensure products are properly rotated and maintained to minimize out-of-code and damaged inventory Maintain shelves, displays, and equipment in clean, organized, and compliant condition Execute merchandising standards and routing processes consistently across assigned accounts Monitor and report competitor activity, including promotions, pricing changes, and new product launches Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with store personnel and account contacts Support sales efforts by executing promotional displays and assisting with product placement opportunities Identify and communicate inventory issues, including out-of-stock or damaged products, to appropriate team members Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of assigned equipment and materials Represent the organization professionally through responsible driving and in-store presence Collaborate with internal teams to support program execution and share best practices Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle for work use with required insurance coverage Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic mathematical and analytical skills for inventory assessment Proficiency with smartphone and mobile technology Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent time management and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow structured routes and schedules Fluent in English About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
