Grain Merchandiser

A very progressive grain operation is looking for a Grain Merchandiser that also has some grain management capabilities. They are being confidential in their search but are ready to bring the right person on board. Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in a grain merchandising or similar role and a bachelor's degree in related field. Less experienced candidates with strong grain experience and education are also encouraged to apply.

Merchandising:

learn concepts of trading, merchandising, and hedging such that he/she can assist in grain and feed merchandising and serve as a backup for sales and merchandising staff.

Sales Support:

Develop skills necessary to support sales force including, but not limited to, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, contracting, and delivery of commodities and finished feed products.

Customer Appreciation Events:

Regional and local on-farm events will be necessary.

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
