We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team (Monday-Friday, day shift) at a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, plus bonuses. Merchandisers perform a variety of functions related to merchandising wine and spirits in customer accounts.

Duties include:

Building, installing, and maintaining in-store displays and racks for the chain and independent retail division Installing vinyl graphics on windows and storefronts Hanging or mounting items on walls or from ceilings Communicating with graphic designers to request printed material Communicating with chain and independent retail divisions about customer accounts Maintaining a strong customer service relationship with our customers Driving to customer accounts using a company vehicle Using a phone and basic hand tools to complete assigned tasks Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to lift and stack cases averaging 40 lbs. each Ability to climb ladders and use basic hand tools for assembling or mounting Grocery or wine/spirits store experience preferred Ability to obtain State of Tennessee ABC Wholesalers Employee permit Valid Driver's License with ability to meet company driving history requirements Drug and background checks required Knoxville Beverage Company offers a full benefit package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days $1,800 annual company contribution to health savings account Paid holidays starting day one Paid time off Company paid long term disability insurance Short term disability insurance Company paid life insurance 401k with 100% company match
