Job Description
Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales, is hiring an Overnight Retail Merchandiser to support major brands in top U.S. retailers. In this field-based role, you'll execute overnight resets, sets, and display projects, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and compliant with planograms and brand standards. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, setting signage and promotions, auditing inventory and pricing, and documenting work in company apps. You'll work independently and with store teams in a fast-paced, results-driven culture that values accountability and teamwork, building valuable retail and merchandising experience. Responsibilities Execute overnight in-store merchandising projects for major retail partners Stock, rotate, and organize products to planogram and brand standards Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials to maximize visibility Audit shelves, pricing, and inventory; report issues and completed work Follow detailed merchandising directives using company tools and apps Collaborate with store staff and Anderson team members to meet goals Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during overnight shifts Document work with photos and reports; communicate results to supervisors Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading Inventory management basics Point-of-sale and shelf tagging Use of handheld/mobile reporting tools Time management Basic data entry and reporting Display and signage setup Stocking and product rotation Attention to detail
