Full Job Description About Sweet Wink:

Sweet Wink is a mother-daughter owned business known for creating whimsical and enchanting apparel and accessories that brings joy to children and their families. Our brand is celebrated for its playful designs and commitment to making everyday moments feel magical. We are expanding our presence in Dallas and are looking for a talented Visual Manager to set up our showroom for market weeks which would be 5 times a year for 2 day set-ups.

Position Overview:

The Visual Manager will play a key role in creating an inviting and on-brand environment for our Dallas showroom. This role involves setting up merchandising and visual displays, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and ensuring that Sweet Wink's visual standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and has experience in visual merchandising or showroom setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Setup and Maintenance:

Lead the setup of the Dallas showroom, including product placement, display creation and ongoing maintenance to ensure an engaging buyer experience.

Visual Merchandising Execution:

Implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight key product collections, seasonal displays, and seasonal themes.

Display Creation:

Create eye-catching displays that reflect Sweet Wink's brand identity.

Brand Standards:

Uphold Sweet Wink's brand guidelines in all visual elements, ensuring consistency across displays and showroom setups.

Photoshoot Support:

Assist with in-showroom photoshoots, ensuring product displays are styled to capture the best possible imagery for marketing and social media use.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, showroom setup or retail display design.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including color coordination, layout and spatial planning.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling, on-brand displays.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise, move displays, and set up showroom elements.

NOTE:

This position is a freelance role. The workload for this position happens over 2 days for market set-ups (5 x's a year).

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
