Director of Visual Merchandising National Roper's Supply (NRS) Position Summary National Roper's Supply (NRS) is seeking a strategic and creative Director of Visual Merchandising to lead the visual direction across all retail locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that elevates the NRS brand, drives sales, enhances customer experience, and ensures consistent standards across stores of varying size, layout, and assortment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Western lifestyle retail including apparel, cowboy boots, hats, horse tack, and animal health products, and understands how to merchandise these categories authentically while maximizing commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy aligned with NRS brand identity. Establish scalable visual standards adaptable to different store sizes and layouts. Create seasonal visual direction, floor sets, and promotional storytelling. Lead best-in-class merchandising across Western apparel, boots, hats, tack, and animal health. Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to align product flow and promotions. Conduct store visits and compliance audits to ensure brand consistency. Train and develop store teams on visual execution standards. Support new store openings, remodels, and layout redesign initiatives. Analyze sales data and KPIs to refine visual strategies and improve sell-through. Qualifications 7+ years of visual merchandising experience; 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Western lifestyle products and customer base. Experience managing visual standards across multi-store retail environments. Commercially driven with strong understanding of retail KPIs. Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills. Ability to travel regularly to retail locations.
