AM Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented associates to join our overnight Retail Reset Team for a multi-month project. This role involves store remodel support, fixture installation, and merchandising execution. Training will be provided on-site by team leads. Key Responsibilities Set new planograms (mods) and perform "dead flipping" of product Read and interpret planograms accurately Build and dismantle store fixtures, including counters, steel, and half gondolas Move store equipment such as counters, gondolas, and steel units (some may require rope pulling) Perform fixture resets and merchandising tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Safely use ladders and top stock carts as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand and work on feet for up to 8 hours per shift Comfortable climbing ladders and working with store equipment Qualifications & Requirements Must have a smartphone to utilize store applications (Scintilla) Strong work ethic and ability to complete full shifts consistently Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Must pass a background check prior to starting Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Training On-site training will be provided by experienced team leads
