2945707344-2 Apply for this job now Job Description The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations for leading CPG brands and major retailers. In this field-based role, you'll travel between assigned stores to execute planograms, resets, and displays, ensuring shelves are optimized for availability, visibility, and sales. You'll audit pricing and promotions, capture in-store data and photos, and communicate insights that power data-driven decisions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll partner with store teams and field leaders to deliver flawless execution, support seasonal projects, and build long-term retail and brand relationships. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail stores to merchandise shelves and displays Execute planograms and resets to client standards Audit on-shelf availability, pricing, and promotional displays Capture photos and data in company systems or mobile apps Communicate with store personnel and field supervisors on issues and opportunities Maintain clean, organized, and safe merchandising areas Prioritize daily routes and manage time across multiple store visits Report competitive activity and shelf insights to support analytics Protect brand standards and ensure excellent in-store execution Support special projects, new product launches, and seasonal resets Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram execution Category management basics Retail math and facings Inventory auditing Point-of-sale and display setup Data collection and reporting Time and route management Client communication Basic computer and mobile apps
