Merchandiser

We are Pepsi of Southwest VA! New Owners, Better Benefits, Better Pay and a good working Atmosphere! We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring the overall aesthetic of our store meets brand standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and arrange merchandise displays to attract customers Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed Ensure products are priced accurately and visibly displayed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries

Skills:

Experience in retail sales and merchandising Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members Ability to maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment Join our team as a Merchandiser and contribute to creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers.
