The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, stock and rotate inventory, ensure accurate pricing, and implement promotional signage to drive in-store sales. You'll collect data and photos using mobile reporting tools, collaborate with store staff, and follow detailed instructions and timelines. Responsibilities Execute planograms and reset product layouts according to provided schematics Build, stock, and maintain in-store product and promotional displays Ensure shelves are faced, fully stocked, and product is rotated to standards Verify pricing, labels, and promotional signage for accuracy and compliance Capture in-store data and photos using mobile or tablet reporting tools Communicate with store management regarding priorities, issues, and opportunities Follow visit schedules, work independently, and complete tasks on deadline Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store policies while on site Report completed work and observations to Retail Odyssey supervisors Support special projects, new item cut-ins, and seasonal transitions Required Skills Merchandising Planogram execution Retail math basics Inventory rotation Visual display setup Point-of-sale display setup Stocking and facing Data and photo reporting apps Time management Communication with store staff
