Design attractive visual displays using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines. Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and merchandising to ensure product availability and freshness. Assist in remodeling and interior design projects to enhance store layouts and customer flow. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Oversee store management tasks including pricing strategies, cashiering, POS transactions, and cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment. Train and mentor team members on merchandising standards, visual design techniques, and store procedures to foster a high-performing team. Experience Supervising experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential for creating engaging displays. Strong background in marketing principles, branding strategies, and store management practices. Multilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse customer bases. Experience with schematics, planograms, interior remodeling, or interior design enhances your ability to craft appealing store layouts. Proven track record in retail sales, customer service excellence, inventory management, and cash handling.
